Senior Grad Night Party – Tickets Sales Close 5/31
We are excited to announce that we are moving forward with this event. The party will be held on the evening of June 9th following formal graduation. We plan on offering seniors a revised party, from 9:30 pm to 2:00 am at a single surprise location. This local venue is large, has indoor and outdoor space and will follow all COVID protocols in place at the time of the party. Ticket price includes transportation. Confidential financial aid sponsorships are available - please email JoDee Hull at jhull@lwsd.org to inquire.
Tickets are $115 if purchased/payment received by May 31, 2021;
Bus sign-ups will begin on May 12 – students must have a paid ticket and all release forms completed and turned in before reserving a seat on a specific bus!
Itinerary for June 9th:
9:00-9:30pm: Meet at LWHS for check-in, screening, and load buses
9:30pm: Depart for Senior Party venue
2:00am: Load buses for return to Kirkland
2:30am: Students will need to be picked up at LWHS
All ticket purchases are non-refundable if the student is unable to attend the party. If Covid restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control require canceling the event, ticket purchases will be refunded LESS any non-refundable expenses incurred by the PTSA, such as deposits and service fees. Completion of this registration signifies your acceptance of the refund policy.

There are two release forms that are required by Grad Nights (the company we contract with to put on the party). We are committed to offering a fun AND safe event for our seniors and will be enforcing COVID specific guidelines in place at the time of the event including but not limited to mask wearing and social distancing measures. As is usual for this event, student cell phones will be collected and stored by chaperones before loading the bus and will be returned when the students board the bus for the return trip to Kirkland. Students/parents, please read, print and complete these forms. They may be returned to the PTSA box in the main office at LWHS (paper copies), or scanned and emailed to seniorparty@lwhsptsa.org
