King County Mental Illness and Drug Dependency (MIDD), in collaboration with Valley Cities, is providing FREE Youth Mental Health First Aid training classes (each class takes place over two days) for interested adults living in King County. Attendees will learn how to assess and support children and adolescents (ages 6-18) who may be developing mental health or substance use challenges, and how to use the 5-step action plan to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
