Bus Sign Up, Ticket Sales, and Chaperones Needed

Senior Party is a safe, fun-filled, all-night celebration sponsored by the LWHS PTSA. The party takes place the evening of June 17th after graduation.

 

Bus sign-ups continue: May 7th, 8th, 16th, and 17th during lunch in the Commons. To be eligible to sign up, Seniors must:

  • Have already purchased a ticket
  • Submit a completed/signed Release Form to us on the day of sign ups or prior to the Main Office. Please note: per the venue requirements, a parent/guardian and student must sign the form whether the senior is 18 or under, now or at the time of graduation.

 

If students have any life-threatening allergies, they must submit a completed Allergy Emergency Care Plan at bus sign-ups or to the Main Office. Please place in an envelope marked "Senior Party".

 

Ticket price is now $200. Last day to purchase a ticket is June 10th. Tickets include transportation, food, activities, and entertainment all-night long. Tickets are non-refundable. Contact us regarding scholarship information. Tickets can be purchased:

  • Anytime online, or
  • at Bus Sign-Ups (a Registration Form must accompany payment and a Release Form is required for choosing a bus). Payment can be made by cash or check payable to LWHS PTSA.

 

We need chaperones. Spend an evening with a great group of students before their next journey begins. To volunteer, contact the event Chairs.
